ALF in this practice area serves as counsel for local municipal entities and assist governmental entities with matters such as Texas Public Information Act (PIA) compliance, Texas Open Meetings Act compliance (TOMA), municipal ordinances drafting review and enforcement, home-rule charter review and amendment; negotiation, review and preparation of all types of contracts, such as procurement contracts, economic development agreements, employment contracts, and contracts for the sale or lease of real property, code enforcement issues, interaction with the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Texas, and annexation issues and boundary disputes.
